When the oceanic city-nation of Judoh needed a crimefighter with superhuman abilities to combat its burgeoning criminal underground, it created Android J. Although Android J looks human, he possesses the capability to emit blistering steam that can disable any would-be criminal. Along with his partner, Daisuke Aurola, Android J roams the streets of Judoh, making them safe for the general populace.
