Chelsea and Ruri are two women escaping from an underground city deep beneath Tokyo. On the surface they meet Rumina, who agrees to give them refuge. But Rumina's good deed causes him a great deal of trouble, as villains chasing Chelsea and Ruri attempt to seize them. Luckily, Rumina knows a thing or two about defending himself, and Ruri's magic lends him a hand as well. Rumina discovers his latent wind powers due to Ruri's intervention, and vows to help the two underground dwellers in any way he can.
