Marco's mother, Anna, works inArgentina to support their family. The little boy has accepted the situation. He gets himself a job and works really hard. Marco hopes this would help and maybe mama could come home earlier. Letters from mam is the biggest comfort to him. However, mama's letters stop coming in. Marco is so worried about his mother. He sets out from Italy, begins along journey in search of his mother.
