In a futuristic multi-planetary government, the Galactic Organizations of Trade and Tariffs (G.O.T.T.) formed to provide structure in dealing with economic matters between planets. The superpowered ES Force team exists to enforce the laws of the G.O.T.T., and crime fighters Eclair and Lumiere work hard to bring justice to the society. But when the girls begin to question the motives of GOTT, they must find a way to resolve their suspicions about their organization, as well as comes to grips with their mysterious pasts.
